Jono, Katherine and baby Rowan came to the secret garden at the Grounded Community early in 2020 and quickly showed their passion for caring for nature and food growing. Jono is an experienced secondary school physics teacher. He has recently made a career change into permaculture education and design, as well as becoming a part-time stay-at-home dad. He brings an array of skills, including creating educational materials, and designing and running courses. His documentary and charity film-making background has given him the skills to produce compelling narrative videos to instruct, inform, raise awareness and tell stories.
